The life changing nail polish hack you NEED to know!

I've been applying nail polishes ever since I was probably 12 or 13. I think I do a fairly good job at painting my nails. At least my left hand nails that is. Because being right handed, applying nail polish with my left hand is like a next level struggle. And after I'm done, it seems like my right hand nails were painted by a 2 year old! Frustrating right? Yep. It happens to most all of us.

Harvey Nichols Fashion show - World of fashion 2014

Firstly, I apologise for posting this so late. I was so caught up with a few other pending blog posts, hence the delay. But it's better late than never so here it is. 

The Harper's Bazaar World of Fashion kicked off it's 4th season this year from 15th to 22nd Oct 2014. It is an annual event where catwalk shows from the world's renowned fashion brands present their collections. It's an amazing extravaganza where fashionistas, socialites and fashion enthusiasts attend a glitzy evening of fashion, style and glamour.

On the first day of the event, Harvey Nichols presented looks from the AW14 collection of various brands like Stella McCartney, Alexander McQueen, Kenzo, Alice and Olivia, Tamara Mellon, Stella Jean and many more. I had the opportunity to sit front row at the event. The pieces were gorgeous and absolutely lust worthy. The looks were styled to perfection! Almost every piece went straight up in my wishlist. Stripes and Stilettos

Happy November peeps! If you live in Dubai, you'll know how lovely the weather gets around this time. Not too hot, not too cold... just perfect. So today i wore a structured striped skirt and paired it with a black tank, black strappy pointed heels and added a pop of colour with a red lipstick. My accessories included a classic black watch, a silver choker and my trusty Chanel Boy Bag which goes with almost everything!

I've been in a sweatshirt and jeans phase lately so this look was a refreshing departure from that and one i loved sporting. On a side note, my little photographer, John who is my 12 year old brother visited me here in Dubai the past week and I left no opportunity to coax him to click my pictures.
